The winner of the 2012 CanAm Raffle quilt is Henry Dionne from Cross Lake, Maine. In recognition of the Can-Am Crown’s 20th year and Northern Neighbors Quilters 10th year anniversaries Northern Neighbors Quilters have created an anniversary quilt with twenty trees and ten log cabins. The queen size quilt measures 90”x 108” and comes with a pair of matching pillowcases. It was hand pieced by members of Northern Neighbors Quilters and machine quilted by Anne Freeman of Herman, Maine. Raffle tickets are $1.00 each or 7 for $5.00 (all funds taken at par). Members of NNQ have tickets to sell and we will be situated at Key Bank, Lonesome Pine Ski Lodge and at the KC Hall the night of the Can-Am Crown Banquet when the quilt will be drawn. Proceeds benefit Can-Am Crown, Comfort quilts for 5 or more organizations, the local food pantry, etc. Thank you for your continued interest and support.
