The drawing will take place on Tuesday March 5th at the IWC 250 Awards Ceremony at K of C Hall, Fort Kent. All proceeds benefit Can-Am Crown future events.

Northern Neighbors Quilters Raffle
For 2024 the Northern Neighbors Quilters (NNQ) have constructed their 21st annual Can-Am Raffle Quilt. The quilt measures 86x92 inches. This dazzling quilt was pieced by members of NNQ of Fort Kent and surrounding communities. It is titled "Northern Star Trails". It was machine quilted by David Smithers of Fort Kent. It features the Can-Am Crown Logo designed by Absolom (Smitty) Dow.
Raffle tickets are $5.00 each or 3 for $10.00 (all funds taken at par).
Members of NNQ have tickets to sell and will be situated at Lonesome Pines Ski Lodge on Friday March 1 from noon to 5:30pm and Saturday March 2 at the Valley Auto Showroom from 7am to 12 noon, then on to Lonesome Pines Ski Lodge from noon to 4:00pm. We will also be at the 30 and 100 mile Awards Breakfast on Sunday, March 3 at Lonesome Pine. The drawing will take place at the Can-Am Crown 250 Awards banquet on Tuesday, March 5 at the KC Hall in Fort Kent where tickets can be purchased until time of drawing.
Proceeds benefit Can-Am Crown, Comfort Quilts for 5 or more organizations, the local food pantry, the Edgar J. Paradis Cancer Fund, the Fort Kent Senior Center, local scholarships, etc. Thank you for your continued interest and support.

In 2023 we grossed $4007 from the raffle. A huge thank you to all who supported this effort!!! Mrs. Amanda Brooks from Oakland, Maine was last year's winner of "Can-Am Northern Star". Congratulations Amanda!! Thank You one and all!!
